Our corporation investigate and manufacture the Computerized Collar-knitting machine which called “Hualun Feihu”FH—911F, it is collocated by the technology of computerized CMOS chip ,made by fine metal needle board,delegate new technology ,have steady capability . This machine would be mostly used to automatically  knit woolen sweater or costume accessory , fit to the material include silk ,cotton,woolen,terylene,mix-textile and so on , it is able to knit diamond,straight strip, crossband,ribwork,starriness,scale,smooth,single-face form and so on .

(3)Knitting speed: two gears shift and timing in any moment(display in  operation faceplate ),the quickest speed can reach 1.8M/s.

(4)Yarn carrier: 6 color can be changed in half turn .

(5) Triangle board: (front-back)triangle board can fluctuate to knit faultlessly  , system with high and low butt needles.

(6)Neilsbed shift: shiftable 7 needles(permit to be shifted in same time or different times ,in spite of right or left )

(7)Design conserve:  knit 6 models , each model can conserve 2700 rows at most ,every design can be transferrable each other .

(8) Automatism stop device: yarn-breaking,spin,needle-sever(crash),fabric-fall,yarn-floating,triangle board amplidyne,density amplidyne ,shuttle box ,neilsbed shift amplidyne,voltage unquiet(protected by transducer ).

(9)Control system :model,step number,neilsbed shift,sari,knitting speed,piece number . 

(10)Drive framework: drive depend on synchro band ,adjustable of knitting at will.
